重新启用在学校的手机号？？

漫游费降了，长途费却没有，经常会给家里打电话。居然比漫游还贵，ip通话的质量不好，也要0.55元/每分钟，算了一下自己的手机资费，由于除北京以外的月租基本上已经取消，而且免费短信数量大，现阶段可能用外地的号更划算一些。

不知道这种情况要持续多久，难道要全中国的人都交叉持有外地的号？
